That they don't have the money is a foregone conclusion but the US economy can continue borrowing into oblivion since the dollar remains the world's reserve currency.

I was agreeing with you that a lot is being expended but this is how the US MIC works. It will exhaust the vault, then suckle on the US government for decades in the future - $1.5T means "mauja hi mauja" for these bastards at the likes of Lockheed, Boeing etc.

Correct. It's all the costs inflicted on US standing, position, influence that will take a hit more than the monetary expenditure.

There is no concept of the hereafter for a significant followers of the Jewish religion which is why the despair is all the more severe on these losses.
