Organize how? Are we going to deny the US air superiority over Iran? Are we going to rebuild the IRIAF and the IRIAA in 45 days?

We cannot transport our troops in large numbers. We don't have an air force to escort our troops, they're hitting even our rail stations now. Our only chance is to never let the US troops get close to our borders in large numbers.
