War will continue after two weeks as those 10 points negotiated in any capacity is clear and decisive Iran victory for which it is hard to believe that enemy will accept, it is just incredible that Iran managed to put its own paper on negotiation table in comparation when they were bullied and presented with jewish crusader ones before the war, in that sense this is astonishing outcome for Iran.
But if i am proven wrong and these negotiations yield permanent peace agreement it will boost Iran as clear world super power and render gulf countries as relict of post colonial times, jewish entity on mercy of iranian and american balances of power and many other emerged geopolitical divergences in favor of Iran.
I have to repeat it is really hard to conceive that it will be allowed for Iran to be splashed with endless money inflow due consequences of agreement which would allow them further enhancement and gap removals in their military structure at this point as if this agreement and materialized Iran would be untouchable after couple of years after all weapon purchases and upgrades.

Prioritizing a ceasefire before negotiating terms is a trap set by the aggressor. Once hostilities cease, harsh conditions will inevitably be imposed in subsequent negotiations. Therefore, a ceasefire must never be agreed upon without a formal agreement based on clearly defined terms.
This is a lesson learned from repeated history.
I can assure you that Trump will impose harsh peace terms, including disarmament, on Iran, which has lost its bargaining chip by opening the Strait of Hormuz.
And having ceased fighting, Iran will no longer have the power to resist, and will be placed in a position where its sovereignty is severely restricted, much like Iraq after its defeat in the Gulf War.
