Thats what people here do not understand. Iranian are our guests. God forbid even if they are targeted when they are en-route to Pakistan while remaining within their own jurisdiction, mud will be on Pakistan. Specially if air route is used because practically speaking, Iran do not have sovereignty over it airspace right now. It does fall on Pakistan shoulder to make sure Iranian delegation safety till they are back home. PAF can provide escort and I am sure Chinese ISR and space assets will be available to PAF to track anything that move within Israel. Perhaps Türkiye can chip in from northern side as well for the protection.

Am beginning to think folks are right that a serious show of air power from PAF is in order. It will not just be a matter of actual protection of delegates, but it would send a strong message of how seriously we take sovereignty of our own airspace AND how seriously we take hosting of our guests.

The message would be duly received in Tel Aviv and other capitals.

A squadron seems to be the order of the day.
