China backstabbing Iran. What else is new. Iran was foolish to accept the ceasefire in the first place.

What do you expect China to say that China supports Iran blocking of SOH for the passage of world ships ? That's unrealistic. Put yourself view from China's position. China's position on the matter has been transparent and consistent. I don't see backstabbing.

Question of Policies will come only after the aftermath........We are not there yet...

Let us wait and see.

Of course. That is what I have said all along, but the aftermath will arrive. It is just a matter of when, and come that time, my comment applies, hence the reason I made it.

The long-term course should be to reduce verbal diarrhea, get sanctions lifted, look East toward Asia, integrate their economy, and build from there.

If Iran's policies over the last half century are any indication, the present regime is likely to continue unchanged, until and unless it is rendered inoperable.

Whether that happens as an immediate result of the present conflict, or as a long term consequence of it, remains to be seen.

Secondly it is very easy to purchase these trays from Surplus vendors on Fleabay:

finally the dinner tables in the Mess hall in the image don't match up with the images of the Mess Halls from the USS Tripoli or the USS Abraham Lincoln.

Mess Hall of Abraham Lincoln:

Mess Hall of USS Tripoli:

The mess hall image with the tray shared for reference below: You can see the antibacterial easy wipe covers and cushions are missing. Whilst this photo was taken on a US Navy vessel - it was not take on the USS Tripoli or USS Abraham Lincoln

I am happy to be corrected by former US Service personnel such as @dbc @AZ_HighCountry or @j_hungary, however the US Navy have nutritional scientists and specialist logisticians = this image in my humble opinion is likely staged.

Staged. I never saw anything like that. Probably some disgruntled sailor hoping Mommy and Daddy will send him some Skittles.

Since the article talks about mail deliveries, I can state that too is absolute BS. The USPS is getting it over there. Once it gets handed over to the MPSA it becomes a different story. It might take some time to get it to the FOB / COP / ship / wherever but it gets there. But the USPS has not suspended ME deliveries due to the war with Iran.

Read the article some more. Saw the note about "airspace closures". We had those all the time during OEF / OIF. Mail would backup for a couple days at most until the AF gave the "all clear" and we'd send it on up. What might have been one plane a day for say Kabul or Baghdad might have become 3 or so planes a day. But it got there.

So that may be what we're seeing now. The mail may be sitting in Bahrain or Jordan but it is there. Not stateside.

How are they backstabbing us? We aren’t allies.
