The EU had a vote on the association agreement a while back, where Hungary under Orban vetoed it. There may be a better chance to cancel the trade association agreement now.

Hungary did accidentally invite Netanyahu recently to some independence celebration, but they have now withdrawn that, they have also said they will cancel their withdrawal form the ICC and they will arrest Netanyahu if he tries to come to Hungary.

Iran is fighting for its very survival, while the U.S. is just out there doing Israel's dirty work. The U.S. has pushed Iran so far into a corner that they can't even back down anymore. I mean, look at it—almost the entire Iranian leadership has been taken out by U.S.-Israeli assassinations. The survivors literally have zero room to compromise. Unless Trump goes "TACO," this war is just going to keep grinding on.

The problem for Iran, is that these systems are very short ranged, and Iran would need to place them perfectly for an opportunity for shoot down to arise.
