Give him a lightsaber as well for full darth vader look. But man i would love to see Pakistan embracing more ceremonial uniforms in 19th to 20th century european fashion. The British gave us a lot of heritage but cool uniforms weren’t one of them

Usually I would dismiss this as BS but apparently multiple types of new Shorad systems have inducted recently perhaps this is one of them.

This is good news, but I really think Pakistan has the capability and skills to develop its own SHORAD or counter drone systems that will be less expensive than the Chinese systems they are buying. We have already shared multiple times on this forum regarding systems like L3Harris's Vampire system and other such examples, which basically require you to strap hydra rocket pods and an EO/IR camera on a Toyota Hilux truck and make it work.

It takes time to develop these systems, and Pakistan has an operational requirement now as seen from the air battle last year.

Pakistan has only just started making its own radars in Pakistan now, so it is starting to get there. CIWS systems are very difficult to develop btw and Pakistan does not manufacture any type of CIWS in Pakistan

We should develop a multi launch shorad system based on the Anza series of manpads, we already have the capacity to make these ourselves, simply make a multi tube launch system and place it on any number of chassis we have.

There are local shorad developments but scale is going to be an issue, Shorads need quantity which something we struggle at, if you develop a SAM but can make like 1 battery and a few dozen missiles then might as well buy foreign.

How do EO sensors going to distinguish between friends and foe??? It can end up shot down your own air asset. Unless you have situation like Iran where they don't have their own Air Force. Or it needs to be more networked to avoid any accident.
