What distance matter when ideological bonds are present? Also creating smaller state would ensure better economic growth for minorities, the whole idea of Pakistan Muslim League to begin with. Learn to admit that Bengalis rejected concept of Pakistan and chose racial identity over religious. Only then can the process of healing and eventual seeds of 'reconquista' can sprout from the ashes and glory of hunting tigers in the Sundarbans returned to their rightful owners.

Continued Congress rule would have decimated the Muslim identity in India. BJP due to its extremist nature is forcing the Indian Muslims to cling on to that identity much more stronger.
