Is this event included within the arms embargo framework?

This was mostly a Service life extension upgrade along with more datalinks. It did not include any major news of upgraded systems

Deputy CAS on possible acquisition of J-35 : PAF is looking into it but we have other options as well infact long term goal is advance version of Jf17 i.e. JF17X. He didn't hint imminent induction of J35.
