heck, the shahpar 1 actually improved on a few of the Long EZ's shortfalls, particularly the nose gear, which was very, very weak on the original design. I've actually flown one, you dont want to land on anything thats not a nice runway.

The S1 also was clearly very inspired by the EZ, but did not retain the fuselage, as you can see here, its been modified very heavily... unlike our neighbours which literally just removed the canopy and stuffed mission systems in the hole.

I agree, unlike all other products showcased this one was just a single image not even a short video of the test. I believe they are trying to convey the idea that Fatah 3 will be a 450km supersonic cruise missile.

Not really, multiple sources had reported that Pakistan had acquired or was in the process of acquiring HD-1s including from the Indians

I thought that too, but it seems the HD1 has been developed further since that model showing twin intakes for the land launched version.
