Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

Lets get some perspective here.

OP GLH intention was to target former NATO bases, drone assembly facilities and taliban factions in Kandahar responsible for facilitating or taking part in cross border infiltrations.

Now when it comes to locations such as Lakki Marwat, I keep hearing this same damn name for years now and other areas of KP/FATA, the responsbility lies with the locals to deny space to infiltrators.
You want the locals to police?

Were you in the UK around 2001-2010? Do you remember the Prevent project? I worked on Prevent projects. Do you remeber the public notion being spouted by politicians and media alike - that the Muslim community in the UK needed to do it's part in preventing terrorism and weeding out radicals?

How many terrorists did you know? How many plots did you know about? How much information were you able to share? Do you know of anyone who knew terrorists, who was privy to thier plans, who was able to share them with the security forces?

It was a ridiculous notion then and it's a ridiculous notion now.

Even back then bro, remember that Anjum Chowdury and his gang of crooks? They were banned from the masjid, the community did their bit - they prayed outside on the street, the police provided them protection - the state actively let those people operate because it served thier interests. The only thing Prevent did as a project was make the state look like it was doing something whilst people made money from useless projects - such as the one i worked on.

Not an appropiate comparison.

We are talking about tribals with a jigra system. They have jigras about everything but they can't focus on securing their towns and villages. Give me a break.

There are people within this community who work with afghans to do some blasts and get money from India.

Along with their other business ventures such as drug smuggling and racketeering.

Thank you, @Fatman17

Coming back to the topic. Someone on this forum might have some information about our strategy here.

Because I refuse to believe there's no plan. Op Ghazab-lil-Haq had a plan, PAF was bombing military facilities as if all targets were already properly listed somewhere and they were following up on it night after night. Until we hit Camp Phoenix and we got cold feet afterwards.

Yes, there was collateral damage and a lot of bad PR. The whole world ganged up against you, but should that stop you from achieving your objectives of war?

Dozens of Pakistanis have died since March 17th. And no substantial retaliation has been seen by our military. Some holes in so-called Kunar University and Al Jazeera running whining pieces on it again gave us cold feet, I guess? Again, question is, what is the plan?
BBC propagandists have also been deployed (always Indian origin journos that happen to cover the whole of "south Asian affairs"!), but I would not be concerned over the AJ and BBC whining. In fact, their whining suggests some genuine targets of value have been downed in recent months.

And moreover, it is not as if anyone listens to the collective whining of Afghans, Indians, and AJ!

No. I think the real reason for any hesitancy or recent curtailment of retaliation is likely to be economic/fuel related. One hopes, if this is the case, that matters resolve this year so that ops against the Kabul regime can resume in earnest.

I just don't understand...
It's very clear that as long as India is not taken care off in rightly manner this won't stop... And why can't these guys get it through their thick skull....
A HARD HARD HARD WRECKING MESSAGE NEED TO BE SENT ..FCK RESTRAIN... MARO IN PHENCHODION KO ... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH..

You are already know this, but to remind Pakistan state if it needs a counter narrative to Punjabi Army propaganda.

Two out of three military academies in Pakistan are in KPK.

There is this FF (Frontier Force) regiment whose

Composition: Historically, it recruited heavily from Pashtun tribes of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. As of 2000, recruitment was structured to include 35% Punjabis, 45% Pashtuns, 10% Sindhis, and 5% Balochis to diversify the unit.

Any idiot who tries to spread Punjabi Army propaganda, his chootars should get laal by hard chitrol.

I am at loss here. Was your reply intended to my post?
no, to those who have placed a party affiliation beyond nation and religion.

I have personally noticed that whenever an attack happens, people affiliated with a certain political party only react with laughing emojis and most of them are either afgands or from KpK.

The Emiratis need to be dealt with. No doubt that UAE is a state sponsor of terrorism.

I find this whole thing aircraft quite amusing, ok even if the Aircraft parked it self at Nur Khan so what? Do they the Americans won't know that? And if Pakistan wanted to hide them it wouldn't be at Nur Khan.

Imo it wasn’t hidden either or it would be hangared. There’s a bunch of mass slander against Pakistan all at once. Wonder why.
