I would suggest Iran makes peace with all it's neighbours and agrees to non-aggression pacts

BUT

Make sure the details are clear
This pact will Include, that those nations CANNOT host hostile bases from countries including the U.S, Israel, NATO states.
Cannot host any radars or pass information to the Zionists or the U.S


Non aggression pacts are good, but the devils in the detail

If the GCC agrees to the above then the region will benefit

This means that China needs to guarantee Iran's security.

I don't think the Chinese government would agree to that before the reconciliation between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

It should be placed in Pakistan. This is beneficial for increasing mutual trust between Sunni and Shia countries. Russia can also be considered if Russia is willing.
