One thing that we have observed from sattelite pictures of North Korea is that it is having issues with its power transmission throughout the country. In night pictures only Pyongyang is visible while the whole NK is dark. China can help NK in that, maybe built 2-3 coal power plants.

Those pictures are fake, China as the world biggest electricity generating and consumption country by a runaway margin is darker than even India on those maps.

I can praise a country is developed? does it mean I want to live there and I want China to be like that? so absurd.
