PAF J-10CE News Updates and Discussions part ll

It's nearly there;

I don't know how a Pakistan-Qatar defence pact would work considering the US has considerable manpower and military installations on Qatari soil.

On top of that the US shares the Al-Udeid base with the UK, while Turkiye also has thousands of troops deployed in Qatar.

Nothing stays the same , intentions can change overnight and calculus can change overnight.

I will if you believed in some logic.

Because last time I tried to explain logically that full finger nomex gloves won't be able to save pilots life if it's plummeting down to ground at like 100+ knots. You weren't processing it maybe because the information was so much for ya.

But, you know what I'll try to explain why do you need better T/W in a BVR scenario.

I'm kidding, literally don't have have time and crayons to explain it to you
Hi,

You have taken the comments on a wild tangent---.

A better TW ratio is great---but it is not the only thing that you might be focusing on---or trying to make your point.

So---if you have a better TW ratio---better radar---better BVR missile then where has the "man behind the machine disappeared---"?

I think one of the key points of the Iran deal is the removal of US bases in the region, if this does happen then Pak will be the main security partner in the region.

Also Turkiye already has bases in Qatar despite US presence

Pakistan will not replace US role. The GCC countries have lots more to lose than simply US bases. They purchase their multi billion USD equipment from USA to get favors from US administration and many state owned investment funds from GCC are heavily invested in or investing in US mainland. That would be suicide for them to have US sanction or freeze their investments.

What I do see happening is, that GCC countries can finance Pakistani armed forces and have Pakistan on hire when needed. GCC nations can buy the best, but they can't really fight. That's where Pakistan will come in, in addition to the ability of Pakistan to open up GCC nations to Chinese equipment. Air Defense, 5th Gen jets, Hypersonic missiles etc. This gives GCC nations leverage against US/Europeans.

Some really interesting developments taking place which will make sense a few years from now on. Pakistan is really holding strong cards at the moment.

But do the Qatairs and the Saudis have much faith in the old weapons for security bargain they made with the US? It has failed them big time

It is not that the weapons failed them, its just they don't know how to fight with them. (And AL Thani and AL Saud families understand this, that their jawans can never respond with the ferocity they need, lets say against Pissraelis)

I mean, take a look at Pakistan. Not the best weapons, yet when India tried to do operation bhindoor, Pakistan gave all it had and fought back and even one year laters, India is still lying around defeated, both militarily and diplomatically.

Now, Iranians started attacking GCC nations, and what did they do in return? Qatari and Saudi F-15s, Kuwaiti F-18s, UAE F-16s? What did they do? did they take the fight to Iranians?

So thats the problem with these GCC nations, they can't really put together a cohesive fighting strategy. They have the money but not the will to execute. Pakistan has the latter.

Hi,

PAF had overall superior weaponry on the day of the combat---. Way more superior to any airforce in the world in the 4 -4.5 gen realm---.

India has fallen 'BEHIND' the proverbial clock by at least 1/2 hour---and it may take them many many years to catch up.

It was believing in the Rafale and not listening to what I was saying about the capabilities of the J10, JF17 and everything and anything that Pak military wanted---was available to the pak military---and that was years before op Sindoor started.

Oper. Sindoor proved all that---and Victor Gao confirmed it---.

If the Chinese keep on progressing at this rate, and Pakistan has got a decent access to it then Bharat has no chance at all to reach that level. As for the West, it should go to the full secretive mode now. It must now be panicking....

And Turkiye did not retaliate against Israel after Qatar was attacked. 🤔
