I likely won't be watching any games today. Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final is tonight.

Tomorrow however.

I am disappointed. Was very hoping for a match-up between England & Scotland.

Iran is in a pretty bad shape too. Besides having a bad coach, missing some of our players and having old players, our players will be tired because they have to enter the US 48 hours before each match and then move back to Tijuana in Mexico and each time they will have to spend hours in the immigration before they are let in again.

This world cup is a joke. The US should've never be chosen as a World Cup host.
 
Where is Pakistani team ?

Just like government (and all departments), every sports was destroyed in Pakistan by political engineering and appointments.

In Pakistan sports should no longer treated as a subsidized luxury or a political tool. Instead, sports could be re-engineered as a highly commercialized, decentralized, export-ready industry.

Nothing to do with government. We're just crap...(though might have been getting a but less crap recently).

They didnt qualify - nor did Italy or China for example. Its because its simply a developing game and needs establishing.
Blaming politics is easy - in reality we aint that good and need time.

Just Lyari has enough talent to make a team but in Pakistan government doesn’t care about sports. They want all sports to be Punjab centric.

Semi Final : France vs Spain

Final : Spain vs Brazil
