Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

LOL.....I see what you did there.
?? What do you mean ? American foreign policy towards some parts of the world has been extremely aggressive, in fact towards the Mideast most aggressive. China has just received some criticism and tech restrictions which is nothing.

What's with that ugly padding? Who thought it's a good idea to add such an ugly dark padding to the flags?
You can see that the New Zeland flag has it as well. Its most likely the standard for all the flags for the unfurling ceremony.

Remember when Hillary Clinton was running for President? I think it was Matt Lauer (whom she hates) who asked about how she would handle situations similar to the ME.

Her response: "strategic patience".

Just look at one aspect: What Iran does ensures the inclination of everyone around it to rush into the US camp. Cha-ching! Thank you Iran.

What he did do is suggest that it is in China's interest to keep USA bogged down in the Middle East to avoid being the next target. Quite perverse, actually.
That is also correct and I believe is part of the reason China has been providing support to Russia and Iran to enable them to stay in the fight. It was dumb of Mr Trump and Mr Biden both to so publicly chastize and challenge China and then subsequently get bogged down in wars in Europe and the Mideast.

As I said, that is perverse. China is using others as fodder to keep itself insulated. How very noble, not.

Please remind me, was it Trump or Iran that said 39 times before over the last few months that a deal had been agreed upon, only to be forced to backtrack? ..
The US carried out over 13,000 airstrikes on Iran in less than 2 months.

They bombed the country as if it was some failed state incapable of defending against the US, and you're moaning about what Trump said or didn't say?

And can you tell me what war goals the US/Israel achieved?
Beat the shit of Iran?

US strikes on Iran: 13,000
Iranian strikes on US: 0

I was almost convinced Iran had nukes or maybe even ICBMs. All bluffs.

One thing I have learnt from this conflict is that the North Koreans have proven themselves to be a lot more smarter than the Iranians.

Both countries are under sanctions and both were declared Axis of Evil in January 2002.

Iranians have never threatened to wipe off the US or Israel, only the Zionist apartheid nature of the Israeli state.

Yes they haven’t achieved that in 2026. It is difficult to do so, when all the Arab nations, the entire Western bloc and the US acts to protect Israel from a sanctioned Iran.

If you're going to moan and whine, then don't go around making tall claims.

What does nobility have to do with it ? It's just routine geopolitics. Should China have waited it's turn after all it's allies had been destroyed by the West ? Chinese have a long memory and don't want to undergo another Century of Humiliation at the hands of the West.

Anyways we have strayed from the OT.

From browsing the media since the Deal was announced two days ago. Not much to report. We will know more from Friday and onwards. So far looks like:
1) Israel has not attacked southern Beirut since the Deal was announced
2) A clear rift between the Trump admin and Israel, at least as of now.

Okay, this is on topic: According to you, it is in China's geopolitical interest to help this present war on Iran to go on in which Iranian bear the brunt of the casualties and damage to infrastructure, so that it can remain insulated.

So if China fights USA by proxy to the last Iranian, it is okay. According to you. Okay, then.

The party which launches aggressions first--and often does so multiple times--has no right to complain if the victims' friends come to their aid. China is not the culprit here. We know who are. So the 'proxies' excuses to create a false equivalency is not fair. China has barely even helped Russia materially in the Ukraine war except for buying oil; had China pumped its weaponry into the war, it would have been the game changer.

This is an important lesson for the Iranians to learn, if they so decide.

Metaphor or not, the effect of the chants is devastating for Iran in terms of ever getting US support.
Clearly Iran has the means to resist otherwise your Country( of residence) would not be making a deal to end the war that your side started!
