I don't think so. As Meengla said, Irán is also doing It. And I am pretty sure It is more difficult to re-stock THAADs, Patriots and SM3 than Emads, Khorramshar-IV and Kheybar shekan, among others.

I think face to face meetings between the US and Iranian delegations should happen, be photographed and published. Netanyahu will go into a deeper depression from that alone. The ambitious goal of these meetings, and now is the time, should be for the US and Iran to re-establish relations.

What you say is true but my point is that as long as Zionist rule every aspect of Power over the U.S, the U.S and Israel will never abandon their goal of Greater Israel project and the complete destruction of Iran as a functional state. This does not mean that they will be successful.
