8 years time. That does not change the fact that Spain are the reigning European champions, main favorite to win the World Cup and far, far better than Belgium on every position, ranking, historical performances and every other measure. It makes no sense to compare.
KSA drew 1-1 against Uruguay which is one of the best South American teams and 2 time World Cup Champions.
4 years ago we defeated the World Champions, Argentina 2-1. We have done Asia more proud than Iran has ever done. They are yet to even advance from a World Cup group stage even once. KSA did it all the way back in 1994 and we can do it again this year if we win against Cape Verde.
Only other Asian teams to do so are South Korea and Japan.
So his trolling is just that, desperation and denial of facts on the ground. The idiot started the insults unmotivated. I did not even address the troll. Nor did I start with the insults as the clown did. Nor did I criticize or troll Iran or any other team for that matter.
I have mentioned Iran once in this thread. Try to control your obsession. You are the one that is obsessing about internal Arab affairs by writing 100's of posts related to Arab matters. I am yet to write a single post in the Iranian section in comparison.

Another genius. Which money are you blabbering about? None of the players are foreign or were "bought" from the outside. KSA has never done that even once unlike many other teams.
And no, there is no shame in losing to the World Cup favorites and reigning European champions.
Just like it is a great result to draw 1-1 against Uruguay. As well as being able to advance from the group stage by winning against Cape Verde. Something that KSA has already done previously (1994) and something that Iran has NEVER done in their history.
Just like winning against Argentina in 2022, later world champions, as the only team, is a historical result the likes of which Iran is unlikely to ever match.

Iran had another fantastic chance and are doing really well. A draw would be an incredible result.

Belgium are so bad and De Bruyne (35 years old now and barely played the entire season) and Lukaku (same thing) look like pensioners. Only elite player that Belgium has left is Courtois (goalkeeper). Hard to win football games like that.

Belgium just missed an almost empty goal. It was much harder to miss than score.

Obviously i was cheering Saudi and they showed the odd touch but it was men v boys. Now hoping Iran get a point

Once upon a time, a Saudi scored one of the world cup's greatest goals ever against none other than Belgium, even in the USA no less (1994). Who can forget Saeed Al Owairan's brilliance that day?

Great. Let us forget that Spain are the World Cup favorites and reigning European Champions. Did you even see the Spain game? They were missing Lamal, Williams and had 35 shots on goal. Their expected goals was 3 or 4. They should have easily won that game. Such freak results happen. Its football.
Does not change the fact that KSA did incredibly well by drawing against Uruguay 1-1 and that we have done Asia immensely proud just in the past 8 years by defeating World Cup champion (Argentina, 4 years ago in Qatar) and 4 years prior Egypt.
Only Asian team historically to advance from a World Cup group stage alongside Japan and South Korea.
And once again, no shame in losing to a top motivated Spain team. They would have defeated Iran easily as well and they are much better than Belgium on every metric. There is no comparison.
Besides of that I predicted many days ago that KSA would lose against a top motivated Spain team with Yamal and Williams back. I also said that the defensive performance was pathetic and that we gifted Spain, practically all of their 4 goals. None of which were any great individual goals. Just defensive mistakes from our part.
Belgium is weaker/comparable with Uruguay. They are nowhere near Spain by any metric. Bookmakers, experts and everyone else would agree with me.
Now the clowns, after missing an open goal, are playing with 1 player less. Truly pathetic performance.
