Personally, I'd like to see a couple test cases where a new mother, not in the country legally, is taken into custody for being in the country illegally, while her newly born child is held by CPS.

The sad thing is there hasn't been a peep from the National Organization of Women regarding this.

I'll say it once again: Democrats ALWAYS need a political hot button issue to fuel their base. Democrats were the majority party of the 92nd Congress when the bill was passed and signed into law by President Nixon. If they were so concerned the matter regarding men pretending to be women should have been addressed then. They did not. And the law is still clear.
