Now that the US has resumed its aggression, the oil price will go back up , causing pain to the US and its allies.

Going up and an oil crash are different things. Oil needs to reach $150 to cause an oil shock and it's currently half that price.

Don't miss the forest for the trees. Look at the larger picture. The US dragged the whole region into an un-necessary war, failed to crush Iran, failed to protect its allies, and is being pushed around by Iran, a country with a vastly inferior military and economy. The people who claimed Iran was handling this perfectly and had won the war can now see why their comments were extremely stupid.

Well, some of us were saying to "wait and see" all along, but many felt offended at reading that for some reason.

Even now, the hostilities do not overshadow the fact that negotiations still have a chance at delivering a workable settlement.

Again, when national pride is at stake, who are we to pass judgement on Iran. They are a proud people with culture, history and tradition. This is not their first rodeo; there are other factors at play here that we yet don't fully understand. I understand the gist of your argument, and it has merit but remember that Iran is the aggrieved party here because the conflict was thrust upon them without any due cause or egregious action.

That said, this recent incident unless controlled could become a spark that leads to further conflagration.

When shit starts to hit the fan, its very hard to stay optimistic and think that cooler heads will prevail, the MoU was already been under pressured by the entities crooks in USA which control the wealth and power, basically the WDC. And such rash actions from Iran won't help either, yes the war is imposed on Iran based on the whimps and dreams of a derange lunatic motivated by some end times religious ideologies, but someone has to be the adult and make rational decision, every rocket/missile/air strike is like a lit match stick thrown into a pile of TNT, so far that TNT hasn't blown up but it will if people/countries keep trying their luck.
