This trip is a total failure and shows why Pakistan simply cannot progress to get out of the hole it finds itself in ...

When the Indian Goverment goes to the USA, they get new trade agreements, high end technology transfer, large scale investments into India.

When these "folks" go - all they get is a pat on the head and told to go on their merry way ...

That is because India has some things to offer in return for those agreements, transfers and investments that USA values. What can Pakistan offer that USA would find useful?

So when is he going to release Dr. Afridi? Actions speak louder than words.

Constantly mocking and criticizing the army is not a sign of intellect, it stinks of cynicism. Cynicism is the last refuge of the coward. Wajahat talks a good game, but I take issue; bangs the drum about "human rights violations" of Pakistan army, but where was this sense of criticism when he was busy hobnobbing with General Bajwa and Gen Asif Ghafoor during his Mahaaz series?

This is the same guy with the same army

What happened? Us waqat to bari TC ho rahe thee! Why the change? This man whilst incredibly intelligent, articulate and well read, is just another name in a long list of hypocrites who turn on their heels when the winds change direction.

Is the army a holy cow? Of course not.
Are they open to criticism? Yes

But tell me one thing, all these intellects all these mouthpieces, what have the tangibly contributed to the growth or prosperity of Pakistan? Constantly mocking Pakistani army officers as FSC pass isn't smart, its rather petty.

Agar kamar mey itna dard hain, to come back to your country, contribute, put your money where your MOUTH is.

He got upset because his Mahaaz series was abruptly cut short by the army. Army thought he was giving out too much information on his show

Another war perhaps on the horizon to offer bases to USA. You're right ✅️ nothing else to offer

Ranger bhai even you know ka wapas ana walon ka saath kya hota ha? Arshad Sharif ka case humera samna nahi? What about Imran Riaz who cannot even utter proper sentences now. This is what awaits people like him on their return.
You see he was so close to the military establishment, he could have just easily towed the line and remained a happy man, enjoy all the perks that come with it yet he chose not too, IMO that speaks character. He did not change direction because he was getting something out of it. In fact had he remained with the establishment he would have gained much more, but to speak against someone when they are in power and know what they can do to you as witnessed by many others, i think that takes courage something we should appreciate raither then criticize. Werna phir Sirf Khanzada ko he sun leta hain sub.
