PsyOps but there is probably truth in local contractors and even soldiers in Arab countries with dubious loyalty to the American bases/troops in the region. We may recall people cheering the Iranian attacks on Bahrain's American base.
The govts of many Arab countries maybe American allies but I doubt there is much support in general public for American presence in their countries. Iraq must be a particular worry for the Americans.

This aircraft: Tail: 16-3020 #AE68BF is a Dornier C-146A Wolfhound assigned to the US Air Force Special Operations Command. Its appearance over Mildenhall is important as Mildenhall is host to the USAF Special Operations Command 352nd Special Operations Wing.

It's relevance to the current conflict given the present tempo would indicate that more exercises are underway by US SOF stationed in the UK and Europe.

It is important to note this is the ONLY US base in Europe that hosts the US capability for deep insertion of US Special Forces into enemy territory:
