I think a lot of things happened at once that has pushed Indian soft power and diplamtic power back

1) Immigation backlash as Americans and Brist realised it was not Africans, Arabs, Mexicans flooding over, it was Indians
2) AI pretty much destroying much of the outsourcing to India model
3) As China surges American ire is now towards India and Europe as a competitor, acceptence of this has thus made India's role less important to counter China
4) Indian "soft" power losing much of it's influence, partly as people see the face of the extreme right wing government, countries now even regulating Bollywood films for racial/religious/nationalistic reasons
5) Militarily India was going to be a major power, in the same league as say Israel, UK etc. Now I think people see it as a middle power, basically just Egypt but with shorter and darker soldiers

India will still be significant moving forward, just like Germany and Japan are, but much of the shine has come off for sure....

Most of the community in birmingham ignore her but yes I have heard from relatives she promotes very left-wing, woke and alien values to the birmingham Pakistani community. Apparently she gets very annoyed at the Pakistani community for ignoring her...............

I asked a friend from Birmingham about her, and he told me she has three sisters and her dad is old, used to be a accountant or something

Wasn't happy about the marriage and refused to support it, but was outnumbered by her and her sisters

Apparently, (don't know about this personally) but their was no marriage as such in the community (as no one would turn up)

I’m not opposed to those Indians who are old and want to see their ancestral homes. It’s one of the bigger tragedies of those who left both sides for the other sides. Somewhat it’s always the “Indian” ones who we always hear about visiting their former homes in Pakistan, whereas that small % of Pakistanis that came from all over India (not counting Punjabis as they moved within intra culture and province so not as much of a contrast vs others ie Muhajirs), have more or less accepted that there’s nothing for them and fully vested in Pakistan.

Invariably ALWAYS have a nasty, negative, condescending and patronising personality and a bad attitude towards other Pakistanis especially those who seek to protect and promote their race, culture, heritage and Islam? They treat non-Pakistanis as their gods, are very slavish and cucked towards them too. Those Pakistanis who want to convert whites and blacks to Islam treat whites and blacks like their gods and supreme masters yet will NEVER EVER help, be polite and helpful to their own fellow Pakistanis. WHY is this? WHY do they behave like this? WHAT is the psychology behind their behaviour? I have personally experienced all of this myself. Please discuss

That is a pattern I have observed too. Women who claimed to be Muslims complain about white supremacy, wear a keffiyah and make speeches at pro-Palestinian rallies yet marry dirty kuffar white european men and have a problem with people of their own ethnicity maintaining their own race, religion, culture and heritage. VERY dirty, filthy women of ill-repute and bad reputations.

The 2 categories do exist but I don't think the reasoning you have cited for these categories being harmful to the diaspora Pakistani community is entirely correct.

I think the "dawah" crowd (for want of a better word; I am NOT criticising the concept of dawah here) do unknowing harm to Pakistani and diaspora Pakistani interests by blindly focusing overwhelmingly on a religious dogmatic outlook, ignoring the realities of how other Muslims themselves have grown so resentful towards Pakistanis that their envious hatred manifests in myriad ways. It isn't a "worship of reverts" as much as it is a denial of "intra-ummah" rivalries.

Regarding "dilutionists", they have fallen for a different propaganda, which harms Pakistani and diaspora interests in a different way. They believe in some extended version of "aman ki asha" philosophy, bleeding hearts liberals if you wish to call them that. With liberals, they tend to yell loudest in all countries and genuinely believe that they share a single doctrine globally, but they all fail to acknowledge that the real power brokers in all nations exist as a deep state, a very silent deep state that is nationalistic above all else. The most pertinent extrapolation would be that Pakistani liberals need to understand that they and Indian liberals can all bark together as much as they wish but it makes ZERO difference to the objectives of the Indian deep state with respect to Pakistan and the Pakistani diaspora.
