Well, there are two explanations that I have seen: One is the official Saudi position that it was a 'mistake' and the other is that it was some Saudi align faction in Yemen who acted on their own. Plus we can't rule out the Israeli False Flag in anything. Perhaps we will know the truth one day.

Yes that is an honest reply. But I was hearing replies not accepting the hard reality that Israel is a tough bad ass MFker and Bahrain and Kuwait are easy targets.

They were defending Iran's action or inaction without accepting severe limitations of Iran.

If Iran had capability to take on Israel while engaging US then it made perfect sense to go after master logistics bases in Israel which are central nerve serving as HQ of this US phase-2 of air campaign. Iran has its own limitations so its doing what it can in available circumstances

Of course, Iran has limitations, we are not a superpower and we have basically no air force and limited air defences. The USA and Israel are very powerful enemies and they also prepared well for this war.

The irrationality of the American policies in the Middle East is driven by various Lobbies in Washington, which are more than just the AIPAC: There are also the Messianic Christians.
