very complicated situation. The JAAC Routinely does these blackmail strikes every or so often to extract subsidies and unfair treatment from government they already do not pay as much taxes as the rest of Pakistan.

However you are right that what the Army is doing is not right for the people of Azad kashmir. but india has done alot alot worse.

JAAC may be a gang of blackmailers and thugs, but that is what you get in a corrupt and autocratic system. Peaceful and legal avenues do not yield results.
