First, War isn't over yet. Second, they already destroyed Iran's nuclear program which was among one of the primary objectives of war.

If winning means Iran only have to survive then ofcourse you are right Iran wins. Iran has resilience to absorb massive bombings. But I won't regard that as "winning". Some wars ends without clear conclusion. That would be the best result Iran can achieve under circumstances that to stop United States from winning.

I have said numerous times before. Iran's military (or any country) cannot defeat United States militarily. Only strategy is to tire them out. They feel less interested in spending too many resources and leave. Taliban today claim they have "defeated" United States. Taliban was resilient, it didn't vanish. Us killed half a million afghans but Taliban kept surviving. So in that sense it certainly can happen that United States gets defeated. But militarily - not a chance on this earth. China versus US and I would bet on China to win, given their robotics, space, hypersonics advancements and immense ability to manufacture things at scale. No other country is even close or even in a same league for next 50 years.

A defeat is a defeat, doesnt matter how you lose. Lose the race in a ferrari whilst the other guy is on a bicycle makes it worse and more embarrassing

I don't think its about 10,000 dollars. I think, Its more about US specifically telling Pakistan to look at its border. The top priority of US administration is right now the economic strangulation of Iran...

Its super obvious if US puts pressure on Pakistan then we really have no choice. IMF, sanctions, economic pressure..... all that for some trade is too big of a risk.

I think Government is been pressured by US to halt trade with Iran. So Government has told border agents (which includes military officials too) to stop the trade. But some "corrupt" 17 graders are letting some trucks pass by covertly if given 10K dollars.

There's been proven stories of commanding army officers making millions when posted at border crossings. So it can be other way around that those "corrupts" are only people who are letting selective trade happen.

If thats the case chinese would be very disappointed to see their 70 billion dollar investment go to waste, isn't cpec supposed to act as a connectivity hub for trade across the region? Right, NEWS FLASH....

This is Pakistan, and Pakistan is very very very corrupt place to do any business...

The President is called Mr 10% because that is the commission he alone demands for himself on anything he can get his hands on..

That is the reality of Pakistan unfortunately.

Not sure that corruption money being asked for is being asked at a state level, just local officers and ideally the government "should deal with it." ...

But, let's try and get some perspective between local official corruption and the official state policy and state actions...
