Houthis don't have conventional military or air bases, no airports or command and control structures which are above ground, most of the Houthis targets are bunkers, ammo depots, vehicles and personnel, but for Yemen/KSA they have airports, malls, power plants, military bases, so even if a drone hit 50-100yards from that base or airport Houthis support will show it some victory, and failure from KSA, when in reality it is impossible to intercept every projectile, we saw the best interception rates in case of Israel but even they got several major nasty hits from Iran, despite their very very very tiny air space was protected by their own AD systems, American's, Jordan, France and UK's.

Nope that's completely false, Russia systematically targeted hospitals and medical centers all across rebel held areas over and over. They also completely levelled entire rebel held towns, neighbourhoods and cities irrespective of the civilians there, both with their massive dumb bombs, as well as overwhelming artillery barrages. It didn't matter to them if it was a densely populated area or open empty terrain, that has always been their MO.

They employed the same scorched earth strategy they've always done, they just flatten everything like they still do in Ukraine. Only recently has drone warfare change their tactics somewhat, but in the first few years of their invasion in Ukraine they were doing it there too. That has been their thing since the Soviet days, and Assad did the same with his soviet provided arsenal.

The size of Houthi force is very highly exaggerated. The reality is that their origin is Saada province and they are not huge in numbers at all.

It's the power of gun, tribal exploitations, and cunning skills of Houthis that force the non-Houthi Yemeni population into submission only to become a part of Houthi ranks.

The large scale use of child soldiers exposes that reality. Many of those child soldiers were taken away from their homes by force, by offering money, or by telling them of jihad against Jews and Kuffar.
