Calling someone "indentured" servants doesn't make them one - tell me is there any legal binding on these employees from say big 4 Indian IT companies that they can't leave the job and join another organization?

Indian getting H1B visa as Tech experts but end up driving taxies and operating small groceries stripping uneducated US nationals from their jobs so it is legit.

Out of the 8.7M - 5.15 or about 65% are visitor visas, Only around 1.3M are Temporary work visas which amounts to about 100K/year. and only about 15% of all visas issued. Many of these visas would not be extended by employers and employees will go back.

You need to look at net immigration #s - despite the rhetoric Indians are ~1% of total population. If what you say is right, Indians should at least be 5% (previous migrants plus the 8.7M migrated in last 10 years or so).

The example of H1Bs driving taxi and operating small grocery stores isn't example of being indentured... also pick your lane - either say that big Indian IT companies provide H1-B and these folks end up driving taxis - which is inaccurate or say there is a visa mafia (small body shops) wherein people get H1-Bs to do the "tech" job but end up driving taxes.

If its the later, then look at visas given to such small body shops - its miniscule. Overall, not a problem the way you've highlighted and still you need to understand what "indentured" means

My dear indentured servant of USA you people are getting visa as IT expert or highly skilled worker but end up doing menial jobs which is consider fraud as per international standards which also indicates that most of you people entered USA with fake documents and eating away the small jobs meant for unskilled US citizens.
