The data centers Iran attacked had total loss of client data. That’s irreversible damage.

Also data centers centered around AI are very expensive to build and time consuming.A major example is OpenAI’s billion dollar Stargate Datacenter in UAE.

If Iran can pop the AI bubble the world economy will collapse on its own.

To have real time exact backup in several locations in different continents is the simplest thing. No proves of that data lost.

The old guard in the IRGC at the time of the revolution would have been young men, fired up to free their nation from a dictator and make Iran strong. I wonder if the newer blood has the same ideological thinking. Western news outlets keep repeating the young population in Iran are very pro-western, that is kind of implying they dont have the same revolutionary zeal. Does make one wonder what the next set of generations for the IRGC will be like and whether they will have similar aspirations like Brigadier-General Hossein Yekta.

The last a post was made about the Pakistan - Iran border "being closed", it was deemed also a hostile act at that time( a few weeks back). The border was subsequently re-opened if indeed was has been closed as per this new post.

No mention was made of why the border was closed at that time, and none at this time. Given the volume of traffic through the border, I do think it is unfair to simply label each closure as being a "hostile act", and not consider what may be operational issues due to the volume of traffic and poor infrastructure and resources.

It maybe a conscious decision in light of possible refugee type scenarios if war restarts, which it seems will be labelled as hostile on this thread. I think, even in that scenario, labelling it is hostile would be incorrect and unfair.

The western border is so porous that we know there is allot of oil smuggling from Iran and Pakistan. Now if you want to appease trump and keep him happy you make some noise let an article or 2 drop that your closing the Iran border and helping to squeeze Iran. Reality will be much different. Dont forget in the past trump accused Pak of double dealing with regards to the Taleban and Afghanistan when US was occupying Afghanistan.
