Yeah it could be done , provided Islamic nations are self sufficient. As we saw when Ukraine-Russia war started , some countries were literally begging for wheat.

How about closing the land bridge that uae, saudi and jordan opened for israel after the houthi attacks? Children of gaza are starving, israel barely lets any aid in, while arab countries are opening their borders to allow israel to transport goods.
