Iran says its response to the attack on the consulate has been concluded. Now will Israel respond even if nothing was majorly damaged in Israel?

The Iranian attack was huge and successful. Their target was the airbase that struck the embassy. It required 300+ projectiles because Israel has the most protected airspace in the world:
  • It's own air defense layers
  • It's own airforce which participated to hunt missiles & drones manually
  • US airforce
  • Jordanian airforce
  • UK Royal Aircorce
  • Jordanian air defenses
  • American air defenses
  • American radars in the entire region
  • American navy

At least 8 detonations can be seen in this video.

Israel was creating a psychological warfare for weeks, so Iran can back off.

Israel was sending messages nearly daily that it will attack "instantly" if attacked. All Israel wanted was to spread fear and confusion. They never wanted to be attacked by Iran directly. They wanted to maintain that status. Its a bad day for Israel. Iran has showed that Israel can be crushed completely if attacked with full force. What Iran has done is just a demo. Its now clear from US position that they will not participate in any war against Iran. That completely changes the situation for Israel. I think they will just boast the morale of their nation by saying that look we intercepted most missiles and nothing significant happened, end of story.
The problem for Israel is that it is such a tiny entity that a few hundred drones / missiles can paralyse the majority of the population from north to south.

Iran can maintain these strike levels and much more for a long time. Can Israel? Today they had very favourable conditions, with CENTCOM acting as their defence shield and cleared airspaces with plenty of warning. Next time maybe they won't be so lucky. And this is the peak of their missile interceptor inventory, only downhill from here if these strikes continue.

If Israel strikes against Iranian territory, Iran will for sure respond even stronger. US refusing to stand with Israel and emphasising supposed failure of Iran's attack suggests a minimal Israeli response. But they are maniacs who want to be seen as the 'mad dog' on the block so a massive Israeli response also wouldn't surprise me. Then it's all out war.

It’s not that the US wouldn’t respond to a full out war, but it understands this was indeed a calibrated response to send a psychological response to the Israelis, and below what Iran calculates is Biden’s threshold. (Now before anyone goes and says Trump would have acted differently, they are right and wrong, he would have made more noise, but if “no harm no foul”, as he did with the Iranian response on the bases in Iraq).

The response though did cross a psychosocial threshold, weakening Israeli deterrence and normalizing potential future Iranian responses should the Israelis strike their assets in Syria or Iraq.

That was exactly the goal. Iran also successfully struck the Israeli air force base from which their strike on the Iranian consulate was launched - a strategic target for Israel. Everything else, paralysing the entire settler entity after making them live in fear for many days, was a bonus and arguably a distraction. Time will tell if it was successful.

They will not. They can't fight wars on their own. Such as a fight with Egypt, Turkey, or Iran. Gaza is a defenseless occupied tiny territory and what's happening there can not be considered a war. Without US intervention for logistics/intelligence and direct means, they cannot fight wars independently. Their military is more suited to defend their ability to colonize Palestine and subjugate Palestinians while deterring anyone from trying to stop that colonization effort.

"Israel claims "it has intercepted 99.99999% of all Iran's missiles and drone" (like any election results in a dictatorship state). That is the "exit" Israel is looking for to swallow the Iranian missiles and drones and avoid a wider war Biden doesn't want.

Israel was bombed. Iran confirmed itself, again, as a regional powerful country.

Israel, with its tail between its legs, has been humiliated, and Iran has imposed detention, shattering the pride of the arrogant Netanyahu and his 'invincible' army."

I don’t think it will stop attacks in Syria. Iran merely enforced a redline, that attacks on soil will receive appropriate response.

However, if Israel attacks Iranian assets in Syria on non Iranian soil like it has for years then what will Iran do? I doubt Iran will attack Israeli soil in the cases.

Unfortunately as I said earlier the only way to bring lasting peace and stability is a major skirmish that last 3-12 weeks and forces Israel/Iran to abandon the shadow war for good.

No you aren't. Not without daddy USA.

The tenacity of these lot, bomb someone's embassy and when you get hit back, make the other guy out as a pariah.

Indeed time will tell what the ramifications of this will be. Israel will definitely try to muddy the narrative waters and claim this is a Hamas-Iran combo war on Israel but the Iran response was limited to a psychological retaliatory move for what happened to their consulate.

Israel is afraid to do even a single strike, independently.

Israeli publication saying 350 missiles / drones launched towards israel:

Note, the screen grab used in israeli publication is of same video, which later shows several impacts on the ground. It seems to me that Iran send drones to confuse israeli air-defense and BMs to actually hit the targets.

Even in the defense of Israel, most of the weight was taken by US.

Its a billion dollar of US tax payer money gone right there in defense of Israel:
