The organizations supporting or organizing the Pro-Palestinian protests, especially at the universities need to hire lawyers and file lawsuits against the slanderous comments being made to malign what is actually happening at the protests.
I personally visits the sidewalk outside Columbia university. Walked past the pro-Israel protestors. It’s was nothing like what the speaker portrays it as. The pro-Israeli protestors didn’t look scared or intimidated. Everyone, on either side and neither side looked relaxed, for the most part. Students showed their ids and went into campus with lunches or dinners in hand.

The problem is he reflects many of the boomers that just watch the three big tv networks (or Fox and CBN) and don’t really know or to some extent care so much about what is happening.
Young people, especially with social media, are a lot more informed, and feel like they want to do something about the injustice they see, not unlike 1968.
The hoaxes and lies need to be exposed in court (with civil penalties) so it can be reported in mainstream media this congressman’s district, in detail about what exactly he lies about.
Also, that he is making laws in America as if it were a Theocracy. So much for separation of Church and State.
There are lawyers willing to help the protestors, so they maybe willing to bring suit against the libelous politicians. At the very least it can be shown students will get blacklisted due to the mischaracterization by the politicians.

The Prime Minister of the occupying State, Benjamin Netanyahu, rejected American requests not to conduct a large-scale military operation in Rafah, under the pretext of the need to ensure the security of civilians there, saying: “We saw what the Americans did in the Philippines.”
Netanyahu continued, according to Hebrew Channel 14: “The Americans fought in the Philippines in populated places that were less crowded than Gaza, and they killed 100,000 Filipinos.”
He added: "They caused greater losses than we caused in Gaza. There is no escape from a ground operation in Rafah."
He noted that any other prime minister other than him would have listened to Washington, agreed to the two-state solution, and abandoned the attack on Rafah, and in return would have excellent relations with the Americans, but he would have lost Israel.

A Palestinian girl, from the town of Bani Naim in Hebron, in the West Bank, was martyred after the occupation forces shot her directly, allegedly for trying to stab soldiers.

This is not simply about moral compass dude .. but about which narratives you embrace from both sides through media and propaganda.
Go to western hemisphere, and make your own survey from christian, atheist, free thinker etc and find out the result. They will think it is Hamas that is so disgusting and terrorist while Israel though sometimes too much but still standing on the better ground.
You can start your survey from Quora either.

Coz I am also member of the WA groups from these circle; and can see how the majority is disgusted with the Hypocrisy of Hamas and Palestine, though Israel is not 100% right either.
