Israel’s Genocide in Gaza | 2023- till present

There is no court decision from ICJ and sort of regarding genocide in Gaza yet.

You are only quoting the verdict from the prosecutor and their supporters, and close your eyes on the defense from the prosecuted. You can close your eyes on argument not favoring the side that you support, but I and many others can't

Get back to me WHEN AND IF PALESTINIANS KILL AN EQUAL NUMBER OF ISRAELIS!!!

IN the meantime, ask the perennially persecuted to avenge their dead from Europe.
How many did they avenge?
When you as a colonizers stomp on the local, less equipped then yourself.

YOU ARE JUST THAT... THE OCCUPATION!
That nuance exists in your mind alone ... oh so bereaved semites.

Nonsense!
Occupy anyone... suffer the fate of an occupation.
Irrespective of them being Palestinian, Algerian or Vietnamese.

The argument is internal to western political discourse.
Go preach to them what they can and cannot say... do or ally with!

Muslim positions are known... yet spectrums on either end try and appropriate a vote bank.
The commentary or video shared has no link or footing on the discourse on this thread, thus no bearing. It only satiates your own pain or cramps.

Finally, but they might use Egypt to circumvent this one.

The Israeli fears in this analytical article on an Israeli website are well founded! It is the Gazan Victory Parade once a long term ceasefire begins which is Israel's perhaps biggest fear and concern!!
Some quotes:

Hamas continues to dictate the next stage of the Gaza war, both in its own view and in how it holds the world hostage by not agreeing to a hostage deal.

After Hamas violated the first hostage deal in December, it gambled that Israel would not keep up the military pressure on its terrorists in Gaza. Hamas now believes it has been proven correct. It thinks it can basically outlast Israel in Gaza.

On April 30, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad were both quoted in the pro-Iran al-Mayadeen media describing their continued attacks on Israel in Gaza. For instance, terrorists fired rockets at Sderot at the end of Passover, just before sunset on April 29. In addition, rockets were fired toward Ashdod, landing in the sea.

...

The goal of Hamas and other Iranian-backed groups in Gaza is to keep up the pressure on Israel. This is carried out through rocket attacks that have been much reduced since the volleys of thousands in October but continue to pose a threat. The terror groups also understand that firing one rocket at Sderot, is basically the same as firing a dozen, if the goal is to get people in the city to have to seek shelter due to sirens.

The goal is to continue to harass the Israeli border communities to remind them that Hamas is still active. Hamas knows that this kind of low-level rocket fire and other threats to the border communities make life there unsettling. For instance, it is clear that Hamas and other terror groups purposely escalate over Jewish holidays and on Shabbat with rocket fire and other threats.

Hamas is proud of the fact that after almost seven months of war, it continues to have rocket fire capabilities and also that it can continue to carry out attacks across the Gaza Strip. Hamas has returned to much of Gaza because IDF forces left areas they were operating in, enabling Hamas to return. While terrorist infrastructure, such as tunnels were removed, Hams gunmen continue to operate.

..
Overall, the picture is clear. The Palestinian terror groups want to create the conditions for a low-level, low-intensity insurgency in Gaza. The Hamas battalions have been dispersed and gone to the ground. Israel has claimed it defeated around 18 of the Hamas battalions, and only six remain; two of them in central Gaza and four in Rafah.

However, this is pre-October six thinking because Hamas has changed its tactics. Hamas is also likely replacing its terrorists that were lost in the fighting over almost seven months.

This means that even if Hamas lost up to 20,000 of its terrorists, either as killed or wounded, it can replace some of them. The group is illustrating its staying power. It had already gone through several rounds of rebuilding its networks, as it did in Shifa Hospital between January and March when up to 1,000 of its terrorists were found there. It has also sought to return to Shati, Zaytoun, Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, and other areas in northern Gaza.

As a popular axiom goes... frog in a boiling water... zionists feel the rising temperature.
Either Jump or get cooked...‽

??????????

When the Saud clan sat out against the Ottomans they had two primary motivations.
1. The Caliph wasn't implementing Islam, or a correct interpretation.
2. Caliphate isn't a core belief in Islam.

The first they have flipped overtime... from strict enforcement of their interpretation to "no such thing!"
Al-wala' wa-l-bara'

The second,
as they cite in Qur'an [4:59]
"O believers! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. Should you disagree on anything, then refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is the best and fairest resolution."

They did cause insurrection, not only fought then but continued unabated to this day in the neighborhood and larger Muslim world. They use internally as a supporting commandment to hold their grip on power.

Both have come full circle... wider breakdown of political unity has caused this storm in the tea cup. Gaza that suffers in a void... while sheikdoms plan their next moves... their domains tied not their reach... with money as a god only it dictates future direction and endeavor.

So, I see that you tackled the tree in the forest... what about the larger argument? Care to elaborate...
why the lesser Arabs die?
The simplest reason is because of the US if not the Zionist policy in the middle east (Take Iraq for example and see what that have done!).. you seem to ignore history my friend.. don't put all that blame weight on Saudi Arabia.. the Ottomans were really bad for the populace of the region at that time.. you can educate yourself about that first..

Israeli aren't fooling the Saudis. The Saudis are working with the IsraHelli as part of the scam. "Pathway" to Palestinian state is a path that never ends with a statehood but a genocide of the Palestinian people.

MBS cannot be trusted. He is just a foolish prince interested in makes bikini beaches.

This has always been the case, Israeli state in return for the protection of their little kingdoms, unfortunately we are only realising this now, Saudi Royals still have millions of supporters due to 100B + funding to spread a Arab nationalist religious movement, their followers and sheiks are already saying its haram to stay in Palestine, its against Islam etc.

And Iraq was an active bulwark against zion. GCC was instrumental in the deconstruction of Iraq... likewise in Syria and Libya.

Which is why I deconstructed the Saudi argument against Ottomans. It has nothing to do with my bias for or against them...
But everything to do with or without a unified stance against foreign aggressors... That Arabs to this day show an inability to stand tall against much less defeat.
Gaza in a nutshell is that answer. A couple of generations apart, yet a world away.
An open season... while the resultant states of a former empire remain equally weak and paraplegic.

And who has supported Iraq in its war with Iran for a decade with billions of dollars.. then he Attacked Kuwait which is a GCC member..

They have no argument, the first Al Saud n Wahabi rebellion took place against the Ottomans during 1818, when they overtook Makka/Madina and destroyed historical sites, killed people because they considered them as mushrikeen, Ottomans sent army from Egypt and destroyed Al Saud n wahabis but during WW1 another big rebellion took place and Ottomans were defeated, the allies were also fighting against Ottomans so Ottoman army was defeated. The Ottoman made it clear Palestine is not for sale but the next Muslim rulers who will rule the heart of Islam had other ideas, people hid this for generations but slowly everything is coming out in the open. May Allah almighty expose the traitors and destroy their fitna Ameen.

It’s probably referring to items transiting turkey, such as products from Azerbaijan, hopefully.

"Play stupid games win stupid prizes!"

Shah, Saddam and the GCC were all cornered by one of the two reigning powers... Each allowed themselves to be played not being their own MAN. One failure only led to another... much water has gone under the bridge since...
Which is why I rather not miss the forest for the trees.
