Iranian Foreign & Resistance Front Strategy & Operations

Aliyev is ordinary satrap, while Erdogan is the king of kings of "Turkistan"....So clown Macron should talk with his nato partner Turkey about ongoing destruction of Armenian state... I am sure Erdogan would be so scared to see angry Macron, how yes no...Iran and Russia are only capable to do something, for now both of them have another priorities...but on long-term basis, eventual realization of Turkistan may create all sort of problems for Russia and Iran...
Completely agreed.

initial Israeli claimed war goals were very ambitious and comprehensive, and called into question the future of armed resistance in Gaza.

As we approach the later stages of the war, these goals have not been reached: Hamas' leadership has not been eliminated, Hamas still have a strong and organised presence in south Gaza (Rafah and Khan Younis), Hamas fighters still have a presence in central and north Gaza (areas where Israel claimed it had defeated Hamas), the population of Gaza has not turned against Hamas, and the Israeli prisoners have not been rescued. Instead, Israel is forced to negotiate to end the war with the same 'terrorists' it vowed to totally destroy.

Future governance of Gaza post-war is still unclear. Hamas has been severely degraded but not destroyed and it's not clear if they are still able to effectively control Gaza post-war. Israel would probably prefer some form of governance over anarchy that breeds uncontrolled militancy but also still wants to foster the divide between Hamas and the PA.

USAF #1 :victory:
Once one of them hits an US destroyer/cruiser, only one hit, they are done thanks to how they ridiculously armed to the teeth, everything would go boom in a Moska-like fashion

Just one hit one the guns or vls cells and sharks will have free food for at least a year

For Hamas this is surviving war, surviving means victory, but public will not be satisfied, they want results....in Israeli media reports future plans are clear, Gaza could wait for a while to finish job with hezbollah, once for all times....unfortunately, there is less common sense in Israel every day, thats why it was necessary to activate extreme measures for the regime, unprecedented, world is asking for being sanctioned such horrific massacre...tribunals are at the very beginning of this loong final agenda...Israel is not able to cope with the pressure of being left alone in even short term...

legitimate resistance organizations are Hamas and Islamic jihad, they will be probably rebranded as compromise under Chinese mediation...so Israel can say that hamas and ij are no more, although same factors are there to stay, and with Iranian and Russian go-ahead, process of creating new stability would start...usa is not necessary interested for this region at all, being few years ago self sufficient in oil and gas...

So, we don't know what final decision will be, and what final look region will get, but we know who will make that decisions...

While the weapons used are getting long in the tooth (obsolete). As Iran brings in more and more arms sales from around the world they will be able to fund more advanced projects.

Iran won’t be able to rely on official military budget to arm its military modernization drive. Iran could potentially bring in $50B+ year in arms sales via air defense systems, drones, missiles, etc.

Even if 20% of that goes back to armed forces as R&D budget that is $10B a year in additional funding or 50% of the current Iranian military budget

Again assuming that the Republic doesn’t waste this funding like they wasted the $100B during the 2006-2009 oil sales boom. Unfortunately corruption is extremely high in Iran so one can never be certain where the riches end up.
