2 US destroyers sailed into a known port of call, and their reason was deployment has been known since May.
That is all it says - at least to me. And I did not or do not feel any need to embellish what it says.

If we think about it. Hamas made a long term move. Hamas lacks anywhere near the power to make a power move. It does not posses the capability. Gaza is very weak and isolated. And always has been. Hamas sought to trigger a series of events. With the military counterstrike of Toofan Al Aqsa. And unify all fronts towards a greater confrontation with Israel. Hamas sought to change the status quo. It did not seek to overrun Israel or liberate Palestine. It can't do that and knows that. It can only shift the status quo and help guide the region and it's people towards a confrontation with Israel.
It is a strategic move and Hamas essentially sacrificed itself for a greater good. We don't know how this year and the next will end. Or what will happen. It is a risk Hamas took to achieve freedom for the people of the region.
Israel, on other hand, tries to make short term moves of killing/butchering/torturing civilians. To be assertive in that way. It has no long term vision or strategy as it rejects peace. It's attempt at crafting one was the 'deal of century' to try to coerce Arab world and Egypt into carving out a state for Palestinians in Sinai. And forcefully 'migrating' them out of Palestine. Egypt and Arab world refused this and thus Israel embarked on a path of radicalization and extremism.

Israel resorted to actual acts of extermination and genocide. As a response. UN report implicating Israel in acts of extermination. Israel started attempting to kill every single person in northern Gaza. By dropping every single bomb it has on it in the most rapid fashion it possibly can. This shows the monstrosity of Israel and also the cowardice of Israel. And the radicalization and true ugly face of Israel. Which has forced everyone to get involved and be dragged into the conflict. Essentially Israel's extreme hatred of Palestinians, turned out to be true, leading credence to Hamas's statements about the Israeli society and state. That the Israeli's are actually genocidal and hateful and refuse peace. Contrary to what they've been selling to the international public and more specifically the Arab and Muslim world. This will force a new approach towards Israel against these governments will and wishes. You cannot salvage the damage Israel has done. And the extremism towards Arabs and Muslims it has shown. And you cannot cover up for them anymore. And you cannot ignore or put off the need to tackle the threat of this Jewish terror state.

Now you are shifting the conversation. Nobody is disputing that Israel is a country recognized by the UN. That recognition is simply a reflection of military power in the world.
The basic FACT is that the Palestinians are not opposed to Israel because of their race or religion, but simply because Israel displaced them from their homes. The fact that Israel happens to be Jewish is irrelevant.
Do you seriously believe the Palestinians (or anyone else) would react differently if the invading colonists were any other race or religion?
Similarly, do you seriously believe the Israelis would have treated the Palestinians better if they had been Hindu or Buddhist or any other non-Jewish religion or race?
You, and everyone else, knows the real answer to these questions.
Evading them is just dishonest.
I have always maintained that the two state solution is a farce. It will make ZERO difference to Israel's behavior on the ground, shielded as it is by the US veto.
It has been used by Israel as a false carrot to pretend they want peace while grabbing more land and offering the Palestinians a joke of a state. The two state solution is also favored by the slave Muslim states because they can finally accept Israel to please the rich West.

As I said, I have no need to say anything more about this, having said what needed to be said, and no more.
As for your additional point, the warning to Lebanon does not require any US ships to be present in an Israeli port, so they are irrelevant to whatever you are claiming again.

I don’t actually ever see American officials explicitly supporting an attack on Lebanon or Hezbollah, the worse worse case scenario American forces playing tag like they do with Houthi without striking any Hezbollah assets in Lebanon but honestly I don’t really see it I don’t think America officials want to be part of that because basically if Israel does start bombing Lebanon will be on a much larger scale than Gaza but at least Hezbollah can play defense and offense at a much grander scale.
