Stop making stuff up, we don’t want an illegal colonial state who holds Jews superiors to non-Jews. They also want a Jewish state in ALL OF PALESTINE which means in order to do that they have to be the majority. This means the forced displacement of Palestinians and ethnic cleansing which your leaders have been advocating for in Gaza.

But even if it is the right number, and even if at the end of the war they suffered 2000 killed, it is a price Israeli is ready to pay to avoid any other such coup from Gaza.
Gaza as a terrorist base camp will be eradicated. And once it will be achieved, Netanyahu will leave, and maybe a new peace deal may occured.
As 50% of Gaza remains under the Hamas hands, it is not surprising they fired some rockets... But with time this will be erased.
Resistance in Gaza? It will be as in Germany after the end of ww2 : werwolves made some attacks at the end of 1945, then less, and no more at the end of 1946. Sure there will be some resistants, but nothing as strong as Hamas. Just some guys with knives and Kalash or even RPG, that's all.
Hamas will be eradicated in the gaza land. It's crystal clear. And I agree with that.

I propose a single Palestinian State from the river to the sea where all people born in the region can live as equal citizens. No special privileges to any religion or ethnicity.

No Jewish population was NOT 33% that included a whole bunch of foreign Jews who suddenly turned up in Palestine and had NO RIGHT to be there or get to choose what happens on the land
The reason a referendum did not occur because the Arab locals were the majority and any referendum would mean a free Palestine, even if we take your fake 33% Jew population the Jews would have been defeated easily
So instead of a legal vote and referendum they forced a illegal Jew state upon the lands and homes of the Palestinian population
That's why Israel is a illegal settler state and the PALESTINIANS are resisting a injustice that was forced upon them
