Whatever

That Parshw logic is solid though. west , Pashchim , parshw
You will learn, once you grow up and finish school and start thinking of going to college, that simply because words sound similar, and mean vaguely the same, there is no reason to think that they are derived from whatever world-dominating language you are in such awe of!

The Silver Throne in the Durbar Hall, Mysore Palace - Karnataka, 1895.
Lovely!
Now, as homework, work out how the bozo got to the top, turned 180 deg., plonked his bottom onto the throne seat, then turned 90 deg to the left to face the awestruck crowd.
Try doing it, BUT DO NOT - REPEAT, DO NOT - SEND ME THE BILLS!

Parsi Virbaiji School at Karachi, c.1873.
Education.
Even though the English British were such bastards about it, education was the theme of the British colonial rule. Destroying it, creating it, competing about it, promoting it with love for mankind, de woiks.

Martial race, athletics, gymnastics....imagine doing that with atleast 50 KG sword and what will happen with full armour.

Looking like a Shahzada...Just annoyed of royal formalities.

Photos those days used to take a lot of time.

Children have remained remarkably the same for millennia when it comes to sitting still in one place.

Cheers, Doc

The Gandharan 'Athena'

Standing figure of Goddess Athena (Minerva) in gray schist stone. A conical cap is worn by the figure. The left hand is raised upward. It wears typical Greek garment - the chiton showing Greek influence in Gandhara Art. It is one of the rarest examples of sculpturing in round which belongs to Gandhara School.

Ashem Vohu.

The other primary powerful prayer of Zoroastrians.

How a Dastur actually sounds (minus the background music etc.)

Cheers, Doc

A lot of base concepts and fundamentals.

The bridge

Masha and Mashyana (Adam and Eve).

Judgment.

Good and Evil.

The return of the Saoshyant (Resurrection, Mahdi).

The 5 Gehs of the day.

Ritual ablutions before prayer (wudu).

The temples I spoke about.

All Abrahamic religions grew out of a land and people historically ruled by Zoroastrians for millennia. Politically and culturally.

Their Prophets came to them, from them, with the same message, when their people were evolved and ready. And in their moment of greatest trials and tribulations and need.

The rest of their individual faiths evolved from their shared ethnicities, tribal beliefs, histories, experiences and politics.

The core.

Post that they branched out beyond their own seed blood.

And that us when and where you see different forms of the same faith. Ashkenazis. Christianity . And Islam.

And of course, Zoroastrianism in the end was the monotheist distillate of the same people and ancestral theology that also birthed Hinduism.

Cheers, Doc
Will it be controversial if I say, its Zoroastrianism that split away from Hinduism? Maybe power struggle or something Doc?

;)

Seal of a Hephthalite king with the Bactrian inscription The Lord (Yabgu) of the Hephthalites.

The Hephthalites called themselves Ebodal, as seen in this seal of an early Hephthalite king with the Bactrian script inscription: ηβοδαλο ββγο (Ebodalo bbgo) "Yabghu (Lord) of the Hephthalites".

He wears an elaborate radiate crown, and royal ribbons. End 5th century- early 6th century CE.
