Russia doesnt start wars they do "Special military operations".
Israel doesnt start wars, they do "Limited ground operations" (they even dont use the word "military", it must be a civilian ground party)

But maybe now is the best time for Iran to hit NATO forces/alliance, because NATO's ammunition supplies are low (plus its lost a good # of mercs and special forces/ advisers), because of the Ukraine (and Gaza) wars- in addition to Ukraine rapidly using up ammunition, Russia has also destroyed a lot of Ukraine's ammunition supply and storage, so NATO can fight a war now, but it must be short, because if they are not short on ammo now, they will be shortly, max a few months- If Iran can wait or and fight out NATO/US attacks for 6 months, NATO will withdraw or admit defeat (no more stamina in that weak organization- 30+ countries + Ukraine ganged up to destroy Russia on the battlefield and they are now losing, so incompetent).

It's time to up the supply to Russia

Not because Russia is some great or good power, but because it's better to let the Russians take on NATO and slaughter NATO assets
 
Hezbollah rocket Force is not adding up right now. Either their capabilities were exaggerated or their rocket force is a utter failure that can't protect and deploy them, or Iran is telling Hezbollah not to use more than 10% of their capacity in order for Iran to preserve their weapons as a deterrent for Iran and to assist Iran's regional activities.
