I would not be surprised if it turns out to be a fabrication, but one that will serve as a casus belli for Israel to launch a preemptive attack.
 
Sources are saying the attack is tonite and that Rahbar will lead Friday Prayers, last time he did that was back in 2020 when Solemani was assassinated

How can he be so sure that he will lead a peaceful and calm Friday prayers after launching BMs on Israel?

Doesn't make sense.

This is maybe a subterfuge/bluff by Iran to bait the US into "urgent" diplomacy and ask for some concessions or "if you don't X, we will X", and ask for a ceasefire etc

Otherwise this story is based on an "anonymous source" and smells like an umpteenth bullshit of "imminent attack"

Usually the prayer comes before the attack (at least that’s what happened with Solemani revenge strike)

Russia has never been a reliable ally, unless it is an economic ally.
