Operation True Promise II - dozens of Iranian ballistic missiles hit Israel

Need to use high yield missiles, those weak missiles with small blast radius are not going to destroy Israel. Much of the damage they cause is easily repairable. Or accurately hit sensitive targets with the missiles for a better outcome.

Look at the missiles used by Israel in comparison to the missiles that hit them…
Israel is emboldened by not having many civilian casualties therefore they continue to consider themselves righteous people and gods on their side.Hezbollah needs to give thunderous strikes which causes collateral destruction to the city and the population .

If my predictions are correct we will see a symbolic limited Israeli strike that will give the IR enough room to ignore it and move on.
it's difficult for Israel to ignore a massive attack that sent virtually their entire population scrambling to bomb shelters and everyone saw dozens of direct hits on their air force bases. their doctrine relies on them dominating the escalation ladder and ensuring lasting deterrence through violent retribution.

so I am less optimistic. IRI will look for a way out because it just wanted to send a message without starting a war, but Israel is not acting rationally right now so anything is on the table.

Israel will want to achieve a great optical victory like they did in Yemen by bombing civilian oil tankers and electrical power plants. I have a feeling they will try the same in Iran. attack a few oil refineries causing massive fires but no/minimal casualties.

Of course not. I know that ARAMCO and other Saudi oil facilities keep dollar dominance intact. But when we fight against Jews, we will not be looking for extra enemies unless someone in Saudi Arabia allows Israeli jets to land in Saudi airbases and refuel from there or some kind of cooperation with Israelis.

Prof. Mohammad Marandi said in an interview that if Israel attacks Iran by itself then Iran will launch a devastating missile strike on Israel. But if American joins Israel in the attack on Iran, then Iran will target all the American bases in the region AND all the oil facilities of America's allies. The purpose is to cause a collapse of the world economy. That's the only way to make sure America pays a price. Basically it's Iran's Samson Option.

In short, if America attacks Iran then Saudi oil facilities will be history.

I don't think so.

I think the reason many Jews move to Israel and why many Israelis are fiercely nationalistic is because they, like the rest of the world, have been pumped full of Jewish victimhood through the ages, particularly the Holocaust.

While it is true that Jews have been victimized, this is also true of other people, but no one else has weaponized this victimhood to such an extent.
Don't totally disagree with that. History repeats itself... Jews have historically gone through multiple pogroms against them in history. Rejected and expelled from multiple lands...

It's their hubris, arrogance, and treasonous nature that history keeps on repeating itself. They quickly switch from victim to oppressor wherever they go.

Guys I believe that Iran has nukes

the recent Seismic Activity in Iran showing 4.4 and 4.3 on the Richter scale is very similar to what North Korea usually reports

they have donated underground nukes not once but a few times

they have deliberately done this because they know the Americans will pick it up and they have

this is huge news

I doubt Iran would attack Israel without nukes

and even Israel has not hit Iran back 2 times now

I think its confirmed Iran has nukes

I have heard this as well. No confirmation though.

It may be to Iran's advantage to conduct a nuclear test but do not make it public. However, all the seismic monitoring by Americans and even the Israelis they'll be suspicious of that and they may understand that Iran has tested neeks or even Iran main form them. They have tested nukes through back door channels and not made it public

As a reference:

Pakistan's underground nuclear test, conducted on May 28, 1998, in the Chagai Hills of Balochistan, registered an estimated magnitude of 4.8 to 5.0 on the Richter scale. This seismic reading was caused by the underground explosion, which was part of Pakistan's series of nuclear tests following India's nuclear tests earlier that year.

"Everything is on the table" for retaliation against Iran, Israeli defense minister tells CNN

Israel is closely coordinating with the United States as it prepares to strike back at Iran, but will make its own, independent decisions about how to retaliate, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant told CNN.

Even as the US has made clear it opposes a strike on Iranian nuclear facilities, Gallant said Israel has not ruled out any of its options.

“Everything is on the table,” said Gallant, who will meet with US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Wednesday to coordinate on threats from Iran and its proxies.

“Israel has capabilities to hit targets near and far — we have proved it. We will respond to the Iranian attack appropriately. We will not stand by and neither should the international community,” Gallant said.

Gallant has become one of Israel’s key interlocutors with the US, speaking frequently with Austin and top White House officials. He also met Sunday with Gen. Michael Erik Kurilla, the head of US Central Command, to discuss Israel’s planned retaliation against Iran.

Gallant also touted the success of Israel’s campaign against Hezbollah so far, saying Israel has “dismantled a major part of their capabilities” and that Hezbollah now faces “a lack of command and control.”

The defense minister said the ground operation remains limited to targeting Hezbollah positions closer to the border, even as the operation has expanded in recent days.

Gallant argued that the blows Israel has dealt against Hezbollah “have made a crack that now opens the door to change not just in Lebanon, but in the entire Middle East.”

So this was another high drama low damage strike?

Israel eliminated the chiefs of Hezbollah and Hamas (the latter in the heart of Tehran), and all Iran does is minor damage to some airfields?

Not a single Zionist terrorist HVT eliminated?

Iran cancels overnight flights and announces closure of airspace

From Nechirvan Mando

Flights at Iran’s airports will be canceled overnight Sunday into Monday, according to Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization.

The agency, citing “operational restrictions that have arisen” said the closure will last from 9 p.m. local time Sunday (1:30 p.m. ET) until 6 a.m. local time Monday morning, according to Iran’s semi-official Mehr news agency.

Iran will also shut down part of its western airspace nightly until at least October 9, citing “military exercises,” according to a notice to airmen issued by the aviation authority.

The four “airways” that transit Iran’s western airspace will be shut from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. local time.

Some context: No further details about the decision to cancel flights and shut down airspace were provided, but the moves coincide with the one-year anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attacks on Israel.

Israeli officials have also vowed to retaliate after Iran launched nearly 200 missiles at Israel last Tuesday, marking its largest-ever attack on its regional adversary. Israel has not said when or what form this retaliation may take.

CNN’s Paul P. Murphy contributed reporting to this post.

Imagining this scenario

Israel uses Saudi airspace to attack Iran, but Saudis never allowed them to use their airspace, Israel used it illegaly without Saudis approving it

How will Iran see if it is true or not? Will it attack Saudis even if they didn't allowed the use of their airspace for Israel?
At times when training certain country’s Pilots - PAF instructors would talk about concepts they have heard various air forces including Chinese take on which would be useful for these pilots to absorb to understand how to defend their land.

As soon as they heard it - these would go and tell their American instructors immediately.

You do realize Oppenheimer and Teller were both Jewish and they both traveled to Israel. I'm sure they weren't discussing milkshakes.
Yeah, no doubt Jewish people has brain enough to develop nukes.

But nukes are not developed only with brain. You can't buy uranium in supermarket, and Israel even doesnt have nuclear plants, only Dimona nuclear research center (that is not a nuclear plant).

USA has means to stop a country from develop nuclear weapons even if that country has all means to do it. Spain itself, it's a example of that.

And USA has economic means to control Israel, they will never allow a nuclear Israel.

But the most easily seen evidence is... zero earthquakes due to underground tests in Israel.
In North Korea happened a lot of times, it can be measured, and it's different from natural earthquakes.
That's a solid evidence, they should have done one, at least as deterrence.

But instead they took mentally ill Vanunu and did a non-credible spies movie.
In a real scenario Vanunu had been shot dead instantly and a massmedia circus hadn't happened. But it was a farce, to scare enemies with the tale of nukes.

Not to mention the ability to take over someone else’s home prebuilt and ready to go, financed living on my taxes and so on.

🔥🔥🔥 A residential building, a restaurant and many streets in Haifa were seriously hit by Hezbollah's long-range missiles.

The equations are changing; these missiles are now targeting not only your neighborhood and your military outposts, but directly those who have occupied these lands.

If you kill civilians, we...

I love it. If Israel can kill civilians... Then killing Israeli civilians (colonizers) is fair game.

I think that after 500 are fired the Zio-US would be totally out of SM-3 IIA/ Arrow2/3 interceptors for good. Of course a good proportion of them would get through would cause a lot of damage if 700kg-1tonne warheads are fitted.

The rest can be used to destroy as many infrastructure, military and economic targets that Iran wishes.

If Iran has these many missiles ready then it can only mean one thing - it is ready to carry out a true "decapitation" strike on the entity. Let the Zio-US know this as this acts as a powerful deterrent.

Civilian sites need to be struck with 1000s of casualties. They will not be deterred unless they receive mass civilian casualty.

it's not looking good, there usually isn't that much smoke without fire. but impossible for us to say either way

Why would Qaani go to Beruit when

A) Hezbollah is severely compromised

B) Israel has mapped out location and depth of bunkers

Seems a bit careless after what happened to ambassador of Lebanon and the Iranian Quds force general in the bunker with Nasrallah.

But iran isn’t exactly know for operational security and precautions.
