I don't know what religion you follow.. But in Islam it's forbidden to harm unarmed civilians...
Clearly stated in Holy Quran..
No innocent shall be harmed
No woman shall be harmed
No child shall be harmed
No man who is not fighting with from opposition should be harmed.
Remember victory is granted by Almighty...
We have a duty to our Holy prophet to uphold the high morals and standards even if it's working against us apparently..
Because they have schemes....
Muslims have FAITH in ALMIGHTY
Even if you capture your enemy before doing anything look at how
Holy prophet (M.P.B.U.H) treated prisoners and those killed in battle by Muslims...

If it is collateral damage there is no blame example in nuke warfare
 
It is unfortunate that the resistance lacks the courage and expertise to effectively target and eliminate civilians in enemy territories, which is undoubtedly a strategic weakness. Whenever ISIS, with the support of the U.S. and Israel, carries out a terrorist attack, they mercilessly slaughter 50 to 100 civilians, as seen in Russia and Iran. However, when resistance fighters strike a shopping center, they manage to kill only a few soldiers. Surprisingly, Israel is gaining strength with minimal civilian casualties, and public support for the war is increasing.

The difference between other religions and Islam is that
Victory or Loss is granted by Allah
Muslims always have to be very careful... We have a clear verse
If you kill one innocent soul it's like you have killed entire humanity..
If you save one soul it's like you have saved entire humanity...
This is serious business not fun and game...we will be accountable to Almighty for every action...big or small....

Who is considered innocent? The woman Israeli soldier aiming at your child? Or the guy who was giving intelligence that will result in an innocent family's deaths?

General guidelines of warfare and specific scenarios are different.

If the ulama are illiterate in Shariah, what are your credentials in shariah? Cursory reading and rudimentary knowledge of general Islamic rulings?

Very true. If the Iran-led coalition cannot inflict serious losses , then the Israeli public opinion of the war will remain high and optimistic because they don’t feel or see the true cost.

Israelis are still dancing on the rooftops of Tel Aviv. They hardly feel like they are in a state of war. The less populated illegal settlers in the north do feel disruption of life but not main parts of Israel.

Hopefully we see change in tactics and strategy.

Gaza and Beirut are suffering. All the regional countries are pathetic, traitors, and cowards.

I agree with your statement , Israel or Zionist in particular is quite interested in killing off opposing Population (i.e. Genocide)

They will not stop unless a equal response is launched
  • Muslim Law for death is , eye for eye
  • If someone harms your arm you can take arm of guilty
  • Life for Life
If a neighborhood is demolished then the response should be equal in magnitude

If a Village is destroyed then response should be equal in magnitude

If a City was destroyed then response should be equal in magnitude


However it is for the Muslims Nations in region to determine the appropriate response to Genocide

Scenario if Two armies were isolated in battlefield you solve the issue away from population <This is not applicable in current war armies don't meet 1 vs 1 in vacant desert field those days of 1 vs 1 are over>

We don't have scenario where 1 combatant comes in battle field announces himself and fights another combatant 1 vs 1

If an Army has not caused physical , or population damage (genocide), then of of course you can argue to only remain focused on smaller scale, direct war , Army unit vs Army unit , as stated before this 1 vs 1 no longer happens in modern war
