Nobody knows what a dictatorship is. Try to define it and you will see that any country fits it. Dictatorship is a convenient label. You put it on the country you want to portray negatively and start to blame and criticize it for that.

Good point. You can imagine Ukraine is a dictatorship considering Zelensky banned elections. Russia is technically a democracy considering Putin won elections and is restricted by the term limits set in the constitution.

It all depends on how you feel about a country and what you want to say about it. Is Great Britain a dictatorship? Of course it's a dictatorship. It's been ruled by a queen for over 60 years. It's a clan dictatorship. Power is hereditary.

A monarchy cannot by definition be a democracy. Every monarchy in the world including Sweden, Spain, the UK, the Netherlands is a dictatorship.
