India Economy Thread

Use a neutral source other than an Indian newspaper, mate.
Why don't you stop using old data. It's not 2019 anymore. https://worldpoverty.io/
You can see the target change vs real change. India is the fastest growing economy in the world right now.

This is the current rate. 5 years later.

Retard, having 18% of world population and having 24% of world's poor are different proportions of population.

Did you fail mathematics in High School or something?
Stop India from accepting Aid from UK and USA you moron.

I don't know what he failed but why did you choose an article from 2019? What is 2023 count? Show him!

What nonsense are you talking about? Even though China has about the same population as India, at least China does not host 24% of the world's poverty. lol.

By bringing in China, you only insult yourself. Chasm between China and Pakistan is widening everyday at insane pace. What applies to India, applies to Pakistan and worse.

2019 data is very much reliable to see current situation since all economy were down for 2020 and 2021, 2022 was not that great either.

To add some perspective I am talking, India economy was down at around Minus 8-9 percent rate in 2020

Nonsense. India had a crippling lockdown. Poverty "grew" in India during that period. It was lower pre 2019 and it is lower again. Pakistan never had a lockdown for example.

When attempting to have a jibe at someone - always think - does an Indian child being hungry differ from a Pakistani child being hungry tonight?
The blood ain’t different - nor does hunger differentiate between either. I suggest let’s not scrape the barrel guys…..

True, we should treat everyone with justice and dignity.

However Indians on their forums love to compare India to Pakistan.

So I am just returning the favour.

Bro
Plenty of other ways to have a jab but for me please don’t use hunger.
I understand but today let’s not use hunger.
Thanks for understanding

That's good news.

Little Off-topic but prices have also increased a lot.

Example - I still remember, I used to buy branded Aashirwad Aata 10Kg in 180rs, now the same brand with 10 KG - costing around 450 rs.

I bought a Pulsar 150 CC bike in 2009, approx 75 K, and now it is around - 1.40 lacs.

I am not sure how this is calculated properly when they do the calculations
It's calculated with the following formula-

Pull numbers out of your @$$ + Lie a lot on inflation + Bull$hit with godi media

Nimmo Tai number of inflation. - between 1% and 2%

Your Pulsar bike only had a 4.25% of annual inflation.
Assuming the same time frame for Atta it's a 6.3% inflation.
