Earlier version was failed in trials. It was under powered and had maintenance issues. So T-129 from Turkey was sought. Now Z-10 ME is much improved than baseline Z-10 based on recommendations of Army. So best of luck for our boys.

The issues were mainly with desert performance, sand issues. The newer Z10s have significantly more powerful engines, better filters and so many more upgrades.
