GOP is planning for the future. Latin people will be majority in the US. Who wins the Latin vote, who wins elections.

First of all, it's "HISPANIC" not Latin people, Latin people mean anyone from central Europe who speak Latins (usually in Italy and Vatican).

Hispanic means Spanish speaking people.

Second, Hispanic is around 25% of US Population in 2020 census at about 60 million, while 193 million declare they are white alone in 2020 census. And most Hispanic population condense in certain area, mostly in California, Nevada, Florida and Texas So no, Hispanic vote while important to any election, they aren't the deciding factor in any election.

@j_hungary

This is the one to watch. The president is only a ceremonial role with no particularly strong powers. Congress is the only one that can make laws and controls the budget.

Again, this show you know nothing about US politics.

Senate need supermajority to pass any bill and appropriate funds, the only thing that require simple majority is confirmation of government positions.

GOP is projected to take 51/49 (while I wouldn't even say this is going to be guaranteed as we all know what happened in 2022) it would do nothing and will be just like the current senate now when Dem have the tie breaker vote (Harris) with 49/49/2 lay out currently.

I don't get why America can't build houses without illegals? China has 0 illegals and China builds more houses than any other country.

Are you for real? China has 0 illegal??

Please stop quoting me anymore, I don't really care about what a Canadian thinks about US politics especially when you show you know nothing about US Politics.

Wouldn't be surprised if Donald Trump wins.

Donald Trump also beat Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Donald Trump can also beat Kamala Harris.

Latin people include Brazilians who speak Portuguese. Hispanic people is a subset of Latin people. Hispanic people speak Spanish.
