This has been debated quite a few times in past 4 years.

Kamala Harris herself said that she calls for removal of the fillibuster in reproductive rights legislation.

The reason why fillibuster is not removed is because senators on either side do not fully agree on removing fillibuster altogether. It is kind of "Nuclear Option". If one side started to use it, other will pay back in kind when it has the majority. This means senate will lose an important tool for slowing the delibration.

Its more of a mutual understanding and fear.

Dude, again can you see what you wrote?

It's not a simple vote if both tried and failed in the senate to invoke the Nuclear Option even if both party had senate simple majority. As I said, you can appeal to any motion, that's why people will think twice, and it was not used as much as it can.

And both Trump and Harris called for an end to filibuster before, trump did it in 2018 when the congress is shutting down too IIRC.

This is not a hail Mary as you think.

Which man in the Democratic Party has the masculinity to run against Trump? None. As long as the Democratic Party continues with this gender ideology verbiage and unnecessary things that do not win over the vast majority of voters, they will continue to lose. Things like the economy, security, health care, among others are much more important things that are left aside to save trees and build transgender bathrooms.

Someone said he is a man of his word, and he did things he had promised, I am listing the list of thing he didn't do as he promised, I mean, was I supposed to list a laundry list of what Biden didn't do and what Harris didn't do, or what Mike Pence didn't do when I reply to a question of what Trump did or did not do??

We in india were pretty much sure about victory of Trump.
1st term of Trump was meh.
But Biden was an epic disaster.
And then dems selected a cackling *** as their presidential candidate!
