I dont see why Iran has to wait for Pakistan to respond to the attacks by Jaish Al Islam. While Im sure Pakistan has taken out terrorists who attacked Pakistani government or police in the past, in THIS instance The Pakistani Government clearly saw that as a terrorist act against Iran, a foreign nation. So it wouldn't make sense, or look good, for Pakistan to kill its own people for attacking a foreign state. That's why I said what I said.
