I have said it many times: Project to topple Assad starting 2011 was basically an Israeli project, backed by Europe, America, GCC Arabs, and Turkey. At least Pakistan, as a matter of principles, didn't take part in that project and continued to have low-key recognition of the Assad govt; that was remarkable because, after China, those countries are Pakistan's largest trade/ideological partners. I don't think any harm would come to Pakistan if Pakistan had joined but that's not what Pakistan is historically. In the Iran-Iraq war of the 80s, again Pakistan stayed neutral and tried hard to stop the war. I remember there was a lot of discussion in the Pakistani press and even in my college in Karachi about how to stop the 'two brother Islamic countries from fighting'.
Israel is a destabilizing force in the greater Middle East of which Pakistan is a part.
 
The major operations carried out by the Palestinian resistance groups, including Hezbollah, on Sunday, November 17, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations :
  • Sniped several Israeli soldiers fortified in one of the residential buildings near the Khazindar area, northwestern Gaza City.
  • Targeted an Israeli armored personnel carrier and a D9 bulldozer with two Al-Yassin 105mm shells near the western roundabout of Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted two Israeli military D9 military bulldozers with two tandem shells east of Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted two Israeli military Merkava tanks and a zionist D9 bulldozer with Al-Yassin 105 shells east of Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades’ operations:
  • Engaged in fierce clashes, using appropriate weapons, with Israeli soldiers and military vehicles who penetrated the Al-Hatabiya area west of Beit Lahia.
  • Targeted a convoy of Israeli military vehicles and soldiers with 80-caliber mortar shells east of Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Al-Quds Brigades’ operations:
  • Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces using machine guns and anti-tank weapons in the Al-Hatabiya area, west of Beit Lahia.
  • Targeted Israeli artillery positions at the "Fajjah" military site with 107-type rockets.
  • Targeted an Israeli military vehicle that had advanced near the western roundabout west of Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip, by detonating a pre-planted, highly explosive Thaqib device.
Mujahideen Brigades’ operations:
  • In a joint operation with the Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades, targeted a gathering of Israeli forces in the eastern Al-Bureij axis with 60-caliber standard mortar shells.
Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades’ operations:
  • In a joint operation with the Mujahideen Brigades, bombarded a gathering of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles that had penetrated east of Al-Bureij with 60 mm regular mortar shells.
 
PA elements inside Gaza are wrecking havoc on the Strip, stealing aid and sabotaging local services where they can -- in coordination with Israeli forces, US, Arab States and Egypt. None of those parties will allow them to govern Gaza as a alternative.

They just want to use them to cripple Hamas. Then cede Gaza to a forever occupation to Israel. The PA will gladly give them Gaza then disappear from the scene after playing their role.

Aid is not being distributed in Gaza. There is no government because Israel has repeatedly targeted Hamas's civilian government body, and it has not provided a replacement.

Israel will not allow aid groups nor the UN to distribute aid inside of Gaza. It won't allow any alternative to the situation. And it won't do so itself.

What we have, then, is Israel parking aid trucks right across the border. With nobody to receive and distribute them. It sends crime gangs and collaborators to come steal those trucks and have the aid rot at a secret location. While taking some for themselves and to sell on the second market. Israel then gets to say it's allowing aid into Gaza. When it is just trying to appear like it is so it can say its meeting quotas outlined by the US government.
 
The humanitarian situation in Gaza is the worst of any modern active conflict around the world.

It didn't used to be this way. Israel did not do that in 2008 nor 2014. It is now committing what can only be described as a Holocaust. Jewish prisoners were starved for days, months, and years. Given only the minimum, to survive, while being severely malnourished.

The only difference is this time, Israel is getting more support for this Holocaust. When it should be sanctioned and have a arms embargo enacted against it -- immediately. Until it ceases its grotesque violations of geneva genocide convention and international law.
 
War is a great distractor and, a great unifiar.
