Turkish UAV/UCAV Projects

I'd like to see Australia purchase TB3 in the near future. After all, they do have a similar ship in their inventory.

is air defense active on the ship? I can't remember if its been integrated.

2 x PHALANX CIWS are active

Also TCG ANADOLU has the infrastructure suitable for missile-based close air defense systems such as RAM and Turkish LEVENT - GOKSUR which can be integrated in the near future

They really should look at a VLS based system like the ESSM or CAMM type system, maybe something like the Hisar Naval variant.

The next is KIZILELMA to take off from the TCG ANADOLU

Bayraktar TB-3 and KIZILELMA will operate together from TCG ANADOLU.

KIZILELMA unmanned stealth Fighter Jet will take off without a catapult system and will be secured on the deck with a hook system while landing

KIZILELMA takes off from the ski-jump ramp without the need of a catapult and performs a hard landing at a wide angle of attack with the help of the catch rope, which is also known in naval aviation as STOBAR

They will never buy b/c of politics.

Japan and South Korea Maybe. Although I saw South Korea testing the Mojave on their ship, so thats not a good sign. lol

Japan I heard had budgeted for TB2s so maybe this is a possibility. Seljuk also mentioned them as a potential buyer.

I think Baykar should take its products to the next South Korean defense exhibition, and also if any South Korean officials visit, especially naval officials, give them a tour of the Baykar facilities like the other countries get. I think with Aggressive marketing, Turkey can beat General Dynamics.

edit:

I think there are about 9-10 potential customers.

Italy
South Korea
Japan
Brazil
Egypt
Spain
United Kingdom

Thailand(HTMS Chakri Naruebet, maybe, although they are very low budget, I don't even know why they have a carrier in the first place. lol)

Australia(possible but there are political constraints)

UAE(there is potential here as they have been interested in an Amphibious Assault ship, and have been interested in a TCG Anadolu based ship)

Bayraktar TB-3 UCAV to gain air-to-air capability

The integration of SUNGUR missiles into the TB3 UCAV could pave the way for the creation of a low-cost air patrol concept to eliminate threats such as kamikaze Drones and Cruise Missiles

The use of SUNGUR as an air-to-air missile from Turkish UCAVs will also be a game changer that can engage air targets from our UCAVs, and when we gain this ability, we will gain a very serious strategic advantage.

Thanks to Wescam for not selling us cameras.

Today we produce better cameras, better engines. The Turkish defense industry is creating miracles. Alhamdulillah.

I remember lots of anti-Turkish comments on the internet regarding Wescam and TB2s. How the tables have turned.
