HTS might be the only group to emerge in the Syrian civil war that is focused entirely on the destruction of Al Assad's forces and the end of his regime. The fact that they went so far as to assure the protection of Christians in Aleppo is a promising sign that they won't be like ISIS . Time will tell if this is correct, but it seems like they are focused on the right goals at the moment.
